Welcome to Victoria Louise Rituals.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

– All products are handmade with care. Slight variations in colour or appearance are natural and not considered defects.

– Payment must be made at checkout. Prices are shown in GBP.

– Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

– Once the parcel has been shipped, Victoria Louise Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

– Items can be returned only if unused, in their original condition and packaging, and within 14 days of delivery.

– We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
